Delete your account and data

You can delete your ClickAndPerk account and personal data at any time, on the website or in the ClickAndPerk Android app.

1. Log in and open Account.
2. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

What is deleted straight away: your account, email address, password, 2-step login settings, votes and your saved sessions. Deals and comments you posted are kept but no longer linked to you (shown as "former member") so discussions still make sense.

Price alerts don't need an account: every alert email has a one-click link to delete the alert and your email address.

Kept for a short time: security logs (hashed IP addresses, no names) are kept for up to 30 days to protect the site from abuse, then deleted.

If you can't log in, email hello@clickandperk.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it within 30 days, as required by UK GDPR.
