Air fryers: choosing the right size

- Dual drawers let you cook two foods at different settings and finish them at the same time.
- Running cost: multiply the wattage in kW by the hours used and your electricity unit rate. A 1.5 kW fryer running for 30 minutes uses about 0.75 kWh.
- Check the basket coating and whether parts are dishwasher-safe.
- Measure your counter. Large dual-drawer models can be over 40 cm wide.
