1. Who we are. ClickAndPerk (clickandperk.com) is run by Joseph Do Rosario in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@clickandperk.com.

2. What ClickAndPerk is. ClickAndPerk is an information and referral service. We list deals, voucher codes and prices from other websites and link you to them. We only direct visitors to the original retailer's website.

3. We are not the seller. We don't sell goods or services, take payments, process orders, deliver items, or handle returns, refunds, warranties or complaints. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the retailer, on the retailer's terms. Please raise any problem with an order directly with the retailer.

4. Prices and deals. We check deals before posting, but prices, stock, delivery costs and voucher codes are set by retailers and can change or end at any time. Always check the final price and terms on the retailer's site before you buy. We are not responsible for a retailer's prices, products or service.

5. Affiliate links. Some links are affiliate links. If you buy after clicking one, we may receive a commission from the retailer. You don't pay more, and commission doesn't decide which deals we show or their order. See How we make money.

6. Your account. You must be 18 or over to create an account. Keep your login details private. By signing up you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy. You can delete your account at any time from Delete your data.

7. Posting deals and comments. Anything you post must be accurate, legal and in your own words. No spam, hidden advertising, fake reviews, offensive content or links to unsafe sites. If you are paid by or connected to a retailer, you must say so. We may edit or remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules (see Community rules). You let us show what you post on ClickAndPerk.

8. Acceptable use. Don't try to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site, or use it for anything unlawful.

9. Our liability. ClickAndPerk is provided free and "as is". We aren't liable for losses arising from your dealings with a retailer, from prices or information on other websites, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

11. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer protections your local law gives you.
